Job Title: Sales Administrator
Location: Milton Keynes
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £26,500

Hours: Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5pm with a 4pm finish on a Friday

About the Role:

Join a dynamic sales team as a Sales Administrator, handling everything from processing sales orders to scheduling deliveries and managing stock. You'll liaise with customers, coordinate with suppliers, and assist the service department—all while keeping things running smoothly!

Key Responsibilities of a Sales Administrator:

  • Process sales orders & schedule deliveries.
  • Manage customer inquiries and provide delivery updates.
  • Oversee branding, stock bookings, and liaise with warehouse/hauliers.
  • Update customer spreadsheets and assist with invoicing.

Requirements of a Sales Administrator:

  • Great communicator with Excel & Word skills.
  • SAP experience is a plus.
