Job Title: Senior Project Manager.

Salary: up to £55,000 to £65,000 depending on experience.
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to oversee the construction of new residential homes. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage all project activities, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
- Liaise with clients to understand project requirements and expectations.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
- Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving any issues that may arise.
- Provide regular updates and reports to clients and senior management.
- Ensure that all project documentation is completed accurately and maintained appropriately.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- experience in project management within the residential construction industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
