Finance Manager FTC | Canterbury | £50-£55k
We are partnering with a rewarding and inclusive organisation who are looking for a Finance Manager to join them for at least a 12 x month fixed term contract. The ideal candidate will be able to start ASAP to allow for a smooth handover process. The role requires you to be in the office for the first couple of months to learn the business then will offer hybrid working with 2 days in the office and 3 working from home.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the whole finance function
- Oversight of payroll for the business
- Reporting and liaising with external stakeholders
- Overall responsibility for month-end accounts process
- Financial and statutory accounts
- Budgets and forecasting for the business
- Financial modelling and process improvement
The ideal candidate:
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified or qualified by experience candidates to be considered
- Solid book-keeping experience with background in managing core company accounting functions, including the preparation of statutory accounts.
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- You enjoy mentoring and developing junior members of the team
