Job Description:
As a Junior Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the day-to-day operations of our staffing bank. You will work closely with senior team members to manage client relationships, coordinate staffing assignments, and ensure the smooth running of our services. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop their career in account management, with opportunities for growth and progression.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing relationships with our charity partners, ensuring their staffing needs are met.
  • Support the recruitment and placement of temporary staff, matching candidates to appropriate roles.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to staffing assignments, including contracts, timesheets, and payroll processing.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and staff, addressing any queries or issues promptly.
  • Monitor and report on staffing bank performance, helping to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the senior management team to develop and implement strategies for client satisfaction and business growth.

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Previous experience in a similar role or within a customer service environment is advantageous but not essential.
  • A passion for working with charities and making a difference in the community.
