Venn Group has been approached by a nationwide housing association to recruit for multiple Quantity Surveyors based in the Northwest on a permanent basis.
This is an opportunity for candidates from any area of the construction industry to secure a role with a highly reputably social housing company.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Working within a variety of teams including responsive repairs, voids, disrepair, planned works, compliance and energy
- Managing budgets between £15-£20M
- Liaising with in house teams and external contractors ensure the delivery of each project is within assigned budget
- Managing a team of assistant quantity surveyors
The successful candidate must have:
- BSc Quantity Surveyor or equivalent
- Full UK driving licence and own transport
- Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor within construction
