A rapidly expanding Quantity Surveying team, sat within an established multi disciplinary construction consultancy, are seeking an intelligent, switched-on Quantity Surveyor to join their HQ in Kent.
The Quantity Surveyor's Role
The new Quantity Surveyor shall report directly into the Head of Quantity Surveyor and support her with the running of residential and education projects - providing pre and post contract assistance throughout the various life cycle of different projects.
The successful Quantity Surveyor will also be given the responsibility to manage the day to day running of their own projects within the public sector. There may also be some elements of Employers Agent/Contract Administration.
The Quantity Surveyor
- Preferably completed a Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
- Minimum of 2.5 years Quantity Surveying experience within a consultancy practice
- Started your APC training, or wishing to achieve MRICS
- Pre and post cost management experience
- Driving licence
