Junior Personal Assistant
Romford, Essex (5-days onsite)
£25,000 - £30,000 per annum
I am working alongside a passionate and established healthcare recruitment agency. After a recent internal promotion, their CEO is looking for a new Junior Personal Assistant to support with her day-to-day workload and life management tasks. The position involves managing her diary, handling client communications, and performing various administrative tasks.
This is the perfect Junior Personal Assistant opportunity for a discreet and hard-working individual, who has hopes to eventually progress into an Executive Assistant position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and prioritize CEO's meetings and appointments.
- Arrange travel itineraries and logistics.
- Prepare materials for meetings.
- Act as the first point of contact for clients.
- Follow up on client inquiries and maintain correspondence records.
- Perform general administrative tasks and document management.
- Prepare reports and presentations.
- Conduct research and take minutes during meetings.
- Monitor and order office supplies.
- Assist with HR processes and onboarding.
- Support marketing projects and materials creation.
- Maintain and organize a comprehensive filing system.
- Regularly update the filing system for accessibility.
- Occasionally manage CEO's personal trips and accommodations.
- Assist with special projects.
- Maintain confidentiality and improve processes.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience as a personal OR admin assistant previously is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
