Wednesday 22nd May until Friday 24th May on the Job training Monday 20th May to Thursday 23rd May on the Job cover

Our longstanding client are requiring holiday cover for their offices in Daventry.Full on the role training will be given. You will be assisting with the regular customer base who order products via the customer service desk.

The Role

  • Process and respond to customer orders and enquiries
  • Liaise with Planning/Production regarding availability.
  • Organise transportation for all deliveries on a daily basis
  • Process and send invoices for delivered orders
  • General Office Duties

Required Skill Set

  • Customer service experience
  • Confident communication skill with customers and colleagues on telephone and face to face.
  • IT Skills, Microsoft Excel and Word competency.
  • Must have numeracy skills
  • Confident typist
