Description

  • Manage and maintain the CRM system

Profile

A successful CRM Consultant should have:

  • A degree in marketing, business administration or related field
  • Experience in MS Dynamics
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems and practices
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
  • Excellent communication and team management skills
