This agent are proudly independent and have a great reputation locally. This is a 360 position where no two days will be the same and the successful Property Manager will need to be well versed in all aspects of the role.
Property Manager – Benefits
- £23,000 - £28,000 basic salary DOE

Property Manager – Duties
- Managing scheduled repairs and reactive maintenance
- Carrying out mid term inspections and check outs
- Organising contractors, gaining quotations, issuing works orders and obtaining invoices
- Ensuring property compliance such as EICRs, gas safety and EPC certifications
- Dealing with deposit disputes
- Organising tenancy paperwork
- Chasing rent arrears and processing Landlord accounts
- Supporting the landlord with rental reviews and tenancy renewals
- General Lettings administration as needed
Property Manager – Experience Needed:
- Previous lettings / property management experience is essential
- Professional written and verbal communication
- Excellent IT knowledge with experience of using Microsoft Office packages
- You must have a UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
- ARLA qualification desirable but not essential
