Are you a Customer Service Coordinator with New Build Experience?
If you have at least a year experience diagnosing defects I would be keen to discuss a Customer Service Coordinator position with you based in Watford
Day to day duties:
- Answering calls and emails from home owners
- Meeting with customers face to face on site
- Conducting homes inspections
- Being the first point of contact on site
- Monitoring the CRM System
- Seeing the customers query through to completion
- Communication with the Operatives and booking in their works
- Communication with sub contractors and site teams
