Salary: £16,200pa

We are seeking an Senior Administrator Assistant with a passion for excellence and a keen eye for detail to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organised, confident, and motivated, with a strong desire to support others and work efficiently. This role is based just outside of Dereham at a family-run business dedicated to supporting employees throughout their working journey.

Responsibilities:

  • Support brokers with their workloads, including using lender portals to obtain mortgage approvals.
  • Prepare new client packs, request customer documents to support applications and cases and client meetings
  • Follow up with clients, assisting them in preparing a complete set of documents.
  • Carrying out research required to ensure full support towards the advice being given for probate, will writing, Trusts, LPA's, Mortgages and Protection.
  • Conduct review checks on each case before submission and liaise with clients for any missing or additional information.
  • Submit new applications on behalf of clients and advisers.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and posting documentation.
  • Provide regular, jargon-free updates to clients, ensuring all important information is communicated clearly.
  • Interpret and collate data across various systems, ensuring accurate data entry on our platform/CRM and spreadsheets.
  • Participate in regular training, one-to-ones, team meetings, and celebrate successes while addressing areas for improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and multitask effectively.
  • Attention to detail and confidence in using the telephone.
  • Problem-solving abilities with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Adaptability to system and process changes within the financial industry.
  • Reliability and a genuine desire to help others.
  • Previous experience in financial services is desirable but not essential for the right candidate.
