CMA Recruitment Group is currently working with an excellent employer based in Poole, Dorset, who are looking to recruit an Interim Assistant Accountant on a initial 6 month contact. This role will help support the existing finance team whilst they focus on a number of internal changes within the business
What will the Assistant Accountant role involve?
- Processing payments, ensuring correct allocations.
- Reconciliation of payments
- Raising credit notes
- Chasing overdue payments
- Resolving queries.
- Assisting in month end close.
- Supporting in service improvement projects.
Suitable Candidate for the Assistant accountant vacancy:
- The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in sales ledger or credit control.
- confident communicator both with internal and external parties;
- previous experience using excel and accounting packages.
- confident in verbal and written communication styles.
