The Company:
A premium drinks company who have a unique portfolio of clients are looking for a CRM Analyst to join the CRM team. The company manufactures and markets beer and cider brands.
The Role:
As a CRM Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Enabling CRM in all facets to provide the business with relevant information
- Hands-on in the system enabling functionality
- Making suggestions and recommendations to internal teams
- Managing stakeholder queries daily
- Performing analysis
- Have some interaction with the back-end of the system
- Working closely with the wider business teams
Skills/Requirements:
- Salesforce/Dynamics365 experience
- Good communication skills
- Balance of technical and engagement skills
