We are currently seeking a proactive and highly organised Administrative Assistant to join our team on a temporary 3-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys a varied workload and working in a dynamic environment.
Working for our rapidly growing client based in Sheffield working Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm paying up to £14ph with a possible opportunity to go permanent after the 3 months.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the team and management
- Handle emails, calls, and other correspondence professionally
- Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars
- Assist with document preparation, reports, and internal communications
- Support ad-hoc office tasks as required
**What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A positive attitude and the ability to work independently
- Quick learner who can adapt to new systems and processes
