As our coordinator, you will be the driving force behind our digital brand, engaging with our audience, and ensuring our online voice is heard loud and clear.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Post and vigilantly monitor online adverts across various platforms, ensuring optimal performance and visibility.
- Craft, schedule, and publish captivating content across our social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Analyse and report on the performance of advertising campaigns and social media activity, using insights to drive future strategies.
- Engage with our online community by responding to comments and messages promptly and professionally.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to brainstorm, develop, and execute innovative social media strategies that align with our recruitment goals.
- Uphold our brand's reputation by ensuring all content is consistent with our brand guidelines and company policies.
- Keep your finger on the pulse of social media and online advertising trends, making recommendations for new approaches to stay ahead of the curve.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient knowledge of social media platforms and online advertising mechanisms.
- A creative eye with basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing is highly desirable.
