About the role

Working Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm the Fleet & Compliance Administrator will be working to arrange vehicle servicing, MOT's and repairs - liaising with the relevant depots to advise when they are due.

You will be responsible for:

  • Collating relevant paperwork from service agents, checking and filing said documents.
  • Raising Purchase orders for the fleet and compliance dept
  • Processing invoices and negotiating costs.
  • Distributing costs from large invoices across the network.

About you

We are seeking a candidate who is computer literate, with proficiency in Excel and Word, to join our team. While a background in transport is preferred, it is not essential, as training will be provided on DFDS-based systems. The ideal applicant will thrive in a dynamic environment, demonstrating strong multi-tasking abilities and the flexibility to prioritise urgent tasks as needed. Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing work are essential qualities for success in this role.
