REED Business Support are pleased to be working with an ethical organisation based just outside of Edinburgh, who are looking to recruit a Office Manager / Personal Assistant for a brand new role within the organisation. Working in the office, you will be responsible for assisting senior members of staff, providing support to general office administration tasks and gaining experience from every part of the team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a close-knit team who will help and support you in every aspect.

Office Manager / Personal Assistant

Based in Queensferry, Edinburgh

Salary- £30,000-£32,000

Hours- 09:00 - 17:00 (Monday to Friday)

Working pattern- fully office based

Our client is looking for a strong all-rounder that likes the idea of variety within their role. The key duties within the position are listed below. These are the duties that we would want the successful candidate to come with, but you would be getting involved in a range of other ad hoc tasks too!

Key responsibilities:

  • Diary management
  • Email management
  • Reporting and prep for meetings
  • Managing front of house from time to time, welcoming visitors
  • Taking accurate minutes, drafting and issuing action points and follow ups
  • Uploading client invoices onto internal software system
  • Organising travel and expenses

What we're looking for:

  • Highly motivated individuals
  • Solid IT skills particularly MS Office
  • Self starter, someone who can work under pressure without constant assistance
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

Due to the location of the organisation, candidate should either have their own vehicle to get to the office OR be a keen cyclist!!!!!!
