Here at settle we are looking for a Multi Trade Operative to join our responsive repairs team to provide a high-quality service while undertaking maintenance work on our tenanted or vacant properties. Ideally, you will be skilled in Plumbing and Carpentry.

Requirements

Outline of Key Responsibilities...

  • Undertake quality responsive /void repairs, planned maintenance and other works, providing a range of skills across various trade disciplines.
  • Carry out the additional works and variations and complete the associated paperwork in the prescribed manner
  • Demonstrate reasonable accuracy in estimating the amount of materials required to complete a works order

We are looking for someone who has...

  • A recognised building or trade qualification specific to one or more trades or extensive hands-on experience
  • Experience in plastering, tiling, laying floors
  • Able to demonstrate a high level of competency in plumbing and carpentry.
  • Experience in occupied and unoccupied domestic property repair and refurbishment, specifically relating to refitting of bathrooms and kitchens.
  • Knowledge of health and safety issues within the building industry
  • Good IT Skills
  • Full clean UK driving licence
