Description
- Preparation and presentation of monthly financial reports
- Assisting with budget planning and forecasting
- Analysing financial performance and proposing cost-reducing solutions
- Ensuring compliance with financial laws and guidelines
- Overseeing auditing and tax processes
- Driving process improvement initiatives within the finance department
- Collaborating with other team members on financial projects
- Participating in strategic business decisions from a financial perspective
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
- A relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Held a similar position.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes
- Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and team-working abilities
