Position: Area Sales Manager - Eyewear & Optical Location: North UK & Wales Territory Salary: Up to £70,000 OTE + Benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers.

  • Address customer problems/complaints effectively.

  • Market Analysis and Sales Strategy:

  • Analyse market trends to forecast customer business value.

  • Generate leads and maximize returns from sales opportunities.

  • Trade Shows and Conventions:

  • Participate as required, which may involve significant travel.

  • Product Knowledge and Brand Visibility:

  • Stay updated on products, technologies, and competitors.

  • Ensure brand representation/visibility in stores through collaboration with the Marketing Department.

  • Internal Coordination:

  • Work closely with sales operations, accounting, logistics, and technical service departments.

  • Administrative Tasks:

  • Prepare weekly visit/sales reports.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experience:

  • Preferably in eyewear or fashion sales, but open to other industries.

  • Skills:

  • Organised with good time management.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Customer service-oriented with problem-solving abilities.

  • Effective networker with business analysis skills.

  • Flexible, adaptable, and a team player.

  • Requirements:

  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel.

  • Right to work in the UK without requiring sponsorship.
