The Marketing Manager holds an exciting and varied role, with both strategic and hands-on work and will act as part of the senior management team which helps steer the direction of the business. You are supported by a Marketing Assistant, a digital agency and designers. This is a rewarding, commercial role working for a growing charity where the work you do will make a huge difference to peoples' lives.
Main Duties
- Be responsible for the overall marketing strategy working closely with a variety of teams
- Own the Brand guidelines and target audience, ensuring all data is kept up to date
- Develop ideas and strategy for all brands, seasonal and event led marketing campaigns. Managing all assets within the team and those available to you.
- Manage the implementation of all marketing campaigns
- Continue to develop two company websites including ecommerce, customer UX and SEO
- Manage and grow all social media platforms, produce engaging content, grow followers, represent the brand and products
- Email marketing campaigns to subscribers
- Analyse the efficiency of all marketing activity, ecommerce activity and evolve both from the learnings of the data
- Develop PR and Influencer activity
- Online and offline visual merchandising including POS, brochures and other visuals
- Manage external digital agency relationship
- Attend 2-3 trade shows per year
- Set and manage marketing budgets
Skills and Knowledge
- 3-5 years marketing experience
- Knowledge of managing websites
- Experience of using social media
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Ability to work well in a small team and small business
- Excellent written and verbal communications kills
- Knowledge of Adobe Suite would be desirable
