Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager holds an exciting and varied role, with both strategic and hands-on work and will act as part of the senior management team which helps steer the direction of the business. You are supported by a Marketing Assistant, a digital agency and designers. This is a rewarding, commercial role working for a growing charity where the work you do will make a huge difference to peoples' lives.

Main Duties

  • Be responsible for the overall marketing strategy working closely with a variety of teams
  • Own the Brand guidelines and target audience, ensuring all data is kept up to date
  • Develop ideas and strategy for all brands, seasonal and event led marketing campaigns. Managing all assets within the team and those available to you.
  • Manage the implementation of all marketing campaigns
  • Continue to develop two company websites including ecommerce, customer UX and SEO
  • Manage and grow all social media platforms, produce engaging content, grow followers, represent the brand and products
  • Email marketing campaigns to subscribers
  • Analyse the efficiency of all marketing activity, ecommerce activity and evolve both from the learnings of the data
  • Develop PR and Influencer activity
  • Online and offline visual merchandising including POS, brochures and other visuals
  • Manage external digital agency relationship
  • Attend 2-3 trade shows per year
  • Set and manage marketing budgets

Skills and Knowledge

  • 3-5 years marketing experience
  • Knowledge of managing websites
  • Experience of using social media
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Ability to work well in a small team and small business
  • Excellent written and verbal communications kills
  • Knowledge of Adobe Suite would be desirable
