My client, an award-winning multi-franchise dealer group, is seeking an experienced Parts Supervisor to join a one of their brand-new branches, based in Hounslow. The successful candidate will be passionate about leading and delivering exceptional customer service and will be able to supervise a small team to control and maximise parts stock, call handling and sales. This is a Monday-Friday, office-based position working from 8am-6pm, and every other Saturday from 8am-1pm.
Main duties:
- Overseeing a small team to ensure excellent customer service.
- Managing incoming parts sales inquiries.
- Assisting customers with parts inquiries and identifying opportunities for upselling.
- Monitoring and recording all incoming and outgoing parts from the Hub.
- Finding available parts and thinking creatively to keep customer vehicles operational.
- Collecting payments for and ensuring accurate billing.
- Returning parts to the manufacturer where needed.
- Using parts manuals to identify the correct parts for the make, model, and year of vehicles being serviced.
Key requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership role or in a parts position within the automotive industry.
- Understanding of Kerridge, Keyloop, Autoline or other dealership management system
- Strong, previous administration or customer service experience.
- Experience handling/putting together quotes and invoices
