Our client, located near St Neots, is seeking a driven and detail-oriented machine operative to join their growing team.

Job Responsibilities
- Operate machinery to meet production targets
- Conduct quality checks on products
- Package finished products
- Ensure materials used are accurate and meet specifications
- Follow production processes according to instructions
- Mechanically inclined and able to troubleshoot and assemble machinery
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Person Specification
- Experience operating machinery (training provided)
- Self-motivated and able to maintain high levels of accuracy
- Commitment to producing high-quality work
- Excellent team player and able to work independently
- Previous printing experience is a plus
- Comply with all health and safety policies
- Strong communication skills
Hours of Work and Pay
- Monday to Friday, 7am - 4pm
- Salary: Up to £28,000 - £30,000, depending on experience
