The Role
Customise and configure our Salesforce across Service, Sales, and Experience Cloud! You'll migrate CRM activities, team up with our awesome System Implementer, and integrate cool external systems using MuleSoft and APIs. Develop amazing features with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components. Embrace best practices, solve support issues with our fantastic stakeholders, and stay on the cutting edge of Salesforce innovations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse and improve our current Salesforce implementation.
- Design and develop integrations and features.
- Document functional and technical requirements for new projects and enhancements.
- Ensure seamless migration and setup of code repositories and pipelines.
- Provide user guidance and maintain detailed documentation.
- Utilise Agile methodologies and tools like Azure DevOps for continuous delivery and integration.
Experience and Certifications:
- Hands-on experience with enterprise Salesforce implementations, testing, and support.
- Strong programming skills in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and JavaScript.
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and administration tools.
- Salesforce Developer certification (minimum of Platform Developer 1).
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with all levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and technologies.
- Experience with APIs, integrations, and web services.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with external vendors and implementation partners.
