HR Advisor

I am delighted to be working with a highly reputable and dynamic professional services firm to help them recruit an HR Advisor in Birmingham. This is a permanent role in a busy, forward thinking, and commercial HR team with a focus on true advisory work, added value HR projects and stakeholder management.

Duties will include:

  • Provide advice, guidance and support in areas such as resourcing, employee relations, reward & recognition, learning & development and project work.
  • Provide excellent stakeholder management skills, building effective relationship's with your client groups.
  • Support on cyclical HR activities i.e., pay reviews, cyclical benefit renewals and promotional processes.
  • You will work with shared services and specialist functions on interventions and initiatives.
  • Project work includes change management, TUPE, restructuring and change.

What you will need:

  • A strong generalist background with change management experience including TUPE and restructuring.
  • Experience working in a large, matrix structured organisation.
  • Professional or financial services experience is highly advantageous but woder industry experience will also be considered.
  • Commercial accumen, the ability to juggle conflicting priorities and work at pace is essential.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to positively influence across the business is essential.
