* This is a permanent, part-time position working various shift patterns: 20.94 hours per week on average, Monday - Sunday - working on an 8 week rota basis

About the role:
The Catering Assistant is responsible for the provision of a food and beverage service in accordance with health and safety requirements, Patient Led Assessments of the Care Environment (PLACE) and company policies and procedures.
Duties include, but are not limited to: food preparation, cooking, serving and presentation, cleaning of crockery, cutlery and equipment, rotation of stock, maintenance of food hygiene regulations and cash handling.
