This leading specialist brokerage is on the lookout for an experienced and driven individual to join them as a Loan Case Manager.
This role would be ideal for you if you're used to working towards basic targets, and looking to advance your career with a leader in the industry.
Based in their new Macclesfield office, you will be responsible for processing client loan applications from enquiry through to completion, ensuring first-class customer service and compliance.

What will you be doing?
- Efficiently manage daily post for each client case, including logging information onto the system, ensuring adherence to lender criteria and legal requirements, and progressing the case swiftly
- Accurately package client cases and send them to the lender with all required information to facilitate the earliest possible loan payout
- Proactively chase clients, building societies, and surveyors for document receipt to provide prompt service
- Act as the first point of contact for the client, over the phone and via email
- Interpret credit profiles and land registry information

What would help you succeed in the role?
- Experience in a similar customer service, administration, or sales role - working under pressure to meet targets
- Experience working in a regulated environment would be a bonus – but not essential
- Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Good telephone manner and customer service skills
