Tenancy Sustainment Officer

Evesham, Gloucester, Parsons Gardens, Broadway (with travel to other locations as required)

£18,236 per annum

Are you passionate about supporting the wellbeing and independence of vulnerable individuals? We are looking for a dedicated Tenancy Sustainment Officer to join our Clients team.
Key Responsibilities of Tenancy Sustainment Officer:
- Manage referrals, tenancy sign-ups, terminations, and void checks.
- Liaise with local authorities, social services, and other organisations to ensure timely property allocation.
- Conduct weekly customer surgeries and address housing-related queries.
- Perform routine health and safety inspections and tenancy audits.
- Collaborate with the Income Team to meet income collection targets.
- Stay updated with relevant regulations and legislative changes.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills of Tenancy Sustainment Officer:
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and external partners.
- Experience in housing management or a similar field is desirable.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service and maintaining confidentiality.
