SEN Class Teacher/PPA/PPA required!

Role Overview as a SEN Class Teacher/PPA:
Academics are looking for a dynamic and flexible PPA cover/SEN Teacher to work full time from a full academic year. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high quality lessons, ensuring continuity of learning during teachers planning, preparation and assessment (PPA) time. You will be leading a small group of 6 SEN children in the morning and providing PPA cover in the afternoon.
Key Responsibilities SEN Class Teacher/PPA:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons to SEN children.
- Follow the school's curriculum and planning, adapting as necessary to meet the needs of all students.
- Maintain a positive learning environment, managing behaviour in accordance with school policies.
- work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a consistent approach to teaching and learning.
- Provide feedback and assessment to support pupils progress.
Requirements as a SEN Class Teacher/PPA:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), will consider experienced HLTA.
- Proven experience teaching in a primary school setting.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Ability ti inspire and motivate pupils.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
