Are you an experienced Plumber who would welcome the opportunity to join the estates team of one of the most reputable schools in the country? This is the perfect opportunity for a maintenance specialist Plumber to work on one of the most famous estates in the UK.
Your new role
You will be responsible for carrying out all appropriate repairs, primarily maintenance and repair works across the college's domestic and commercial plumbing installations. Works will range on a daily basis, from small repairs such as fixing of leaks and unblocking of sinks, to installation of sanitary ware and rainwater goods. Works will be completed across communal areas, as well as in students doors, so you must be respectful at all times to both students and fellow staff on site.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in your application for this role, you must have or be working towards a Level 3 Plumbing qualification. It is also essential that you have a full UK Driving License, as you may at times be required to drive company vehicles around the premises. You will also require proven experience of domestic plumbing, ideally in both maintenance and installation. Additional qualifications would also be advantageous, however are not essential.
