Quest Search & Selection is partnering with this fast-growing B2B media company that leads the market as a free digitally led multimedia information provider for senior business professionals.

The role of Client Acquisition Executive - Events is to engage, develop and educate decision making delegates to come to free key B2B events across the calender year. The events you will work on will be varied and allow the successful candidate the opportunity to gain broad-reaching experience of marketing different types of opportunities.

The role and responsibilities of this Client Acquisition Executive - Events:

  • Use strong communication skills to make outbound calls with senior business professionals.
  • Use LinkedIn and other databases to generate new business prospects and potential event customers.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of connections to meet the team's sales targets.
  • Capture customer information correctly using the company's Salesforce CRM system.
  • Develop lasting relationships with leaders from the retail industry.

To be successful in this Client Acquisition Executive - Events -

  • 1 year + Previous sales, account coordinator, events or acquisition experience would be ideal
  • Graduate calibre
  • Be able to commute to London 1-4 times per month for events/meetings (the rest of the time remote).
  • The ability and willingness to learn, to be trained, and to communicate authoritatively.
  • Enthusiasm to grow and understand one or more industries (especially the retail sector).
  • Possess plenty of drive, self-motivation, and determination to succeed.
  • Good as both a team player and an independent operator.
  • Happy to work towards KPIs and sales targets.

  • Salary of up to £22,500 - £24,000 + Commission (OTE circa £30,000 in your first year)
