We are looking for a dedicated and efficient Dispatch Team Member to join a small brewery team in Seend, Melksham.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all orders are fulfilled in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
- Picking, packing and responding to orders received via phone, email, and website
- Dispatching all orders before 4pm daily
- Providing excellent customer service to new and existing customers
- Processing direct sales to walk-in customers
- Booking couriers online for local and international deliveries
- Reconciling book stocks against counts on a weekly basis
- Maintaining records to ensure availability of packaging supplies
- Restocking shelves and maintaining quality control checks
- Providing coverage for bottling/production duties as needed
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience in dispatch or warehouse operations
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Be able to get to remote location in Seend. This area is not reliably serviced by public transport
