EYFS Teaching Assistant / Early Years Educator - BA1
Are you passionate about Early Years education? My client is looking for a dedicated Early Years Practitioner to support the Room Leader in the daily management of their baby room. Join a friendly and supportive team focused on providing high-quality care, ensuring safety, and offering engaging play and learning opportunities tailored to each child's needs according to the Early Years curriculum. This role is available on a permanent basis from September, working for 4 days per week.

What You'll Be Doing
- Support the Room Leader in overseeing the daily operations of the baby room
- Ensure all children receive high-quality care and are safe
- Create and deliver engaging play and learning experiences
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans
- Promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere for children and staff
- Help plan and execute the Early Years curriculum
About You
- Be able to do the job as described
- Experienced in pre-school or nursery settings
- Hold a relevant childcare qualification
- Hard-working, creative, and with a good sense of humour
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
