EYFS Teaching Assistant / Early Years Educator - BA1

Are you passionate about Early Years education? My client is looking for a dedicated Early Years Practitioner to support the Room Leader in the daily management of their baby room. Join a friendly and supportive team focused on providing high-quality care, ensuring safety, and offering engaging play and learning opportunities tailored to each child's needs according to the Early Years curriculum. This role is available on a permanent basis from September, working for 4 days per week.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support the Room Leader in overseeing the daily operations of the baby room
  • Ensure all children receive high-quality care and are safe
  • Create and deliver engaging play and learning experiences
  • Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans
  • Promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere for children and staff
  • Help plan and execute the Early Years curriculum

About You

  • Be able to do the job as described
  • Experienced in pre-school or nursery settings
  • Hold a relevant childcare qualification
  • Hard-working, creative, and with a good sense of humour
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
