Are you a proactive and organized individual with a passion for helping others? We are looking for a dedicated Customer Contact / Business Support Administrator to join our team, supporting the English Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Font-Facing Duties: Welcome and assist visitors, book individuals onto courses, and provide face-to-face information.
- Back Office Duties: Track bookings, manage information dissemination through emails, and provide comprehensive support to the ESOL team.
Requirements:
- IT Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Desirable: Previous customer service experience.
