Job summary:
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in sales and marketing activities, supporting the growth of our business through various channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the marketing department in this newly created position and division. This is an exciting opportunity working within a small team in a fast paced ever changing environment.
Expected Duties:
- Collaborate with our director, and small marketing team to develop and implement current and new strategies.
- Implementation, & management of new a system - such as Hubspot.
- Creation, implementation and management of current and further websites using Wordpress, including design and content.
- Research, and analysis of all SEO for the groups range of websites
- Work closely with, and manage our part-time marketing assistant in developing and progressing our graphic design and marketing material.
- Working closely with our Account Manager in identifying and targeting new business.
- Identify new client opportunities and implement a marketing strategy to engage and captivate the market.
- Utilise CANVA & Adobe Illustrator for design of on brand company material.
- Work on and develop our company websites managing changes, updates, design and content.
- Work with the current director on campaigns and marketing of current clients.
- Manage and provide analysis reports of our google analytics.
- Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
- Support each other with administrative tasks.
- Utilise CANVA & CRM system to maintain accurate records.
- Identify and organise promotional events and campaigns.
- Attend various trade shows and award ceremonies with colleagues.
The ideal candidate would have experience and a background of working within the legal or property services sector, however this is not by any means essential.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate a deep knowledge an understanding of the technical aspects of the role.
Given the nature of our industry and the varied clients, candidates must have a professional, honest approach to their work with the ability to work under high pressure when needed in a fast paced environment.

This is an all-round, newly created position with the opporunity to grow the business and service offerings to both current and future clients. Candidates must demonstrate a very strong work ethic with a willingness to work as part of a small team and on their own due to it being a remote position.
