As a HR and Recruitment Advisor your role will include:
- Advise on employee relations cases and coach managers on disciplinaries and grievances
- Review and development recruitment policies and procedures
- Liaise with line managers to understand their recruitment needs and support with advertising, shortlisting and selection
- Supporting the HR team with employment issues and escalating to the relevant HR member
- Ensuring all recruiting documents are adhered to and are kept up to date
- Coaching and advising line managers on company policies and procedures
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic HR professional who has:-
Proven experience in recruitment and managing ER casework and policy development to achieve commercial results
A solid understanding of HR best practice, employment legislation, recruitment and onboarding
Ability to influence and coach others to improve performance and deliver best practice
