Experience/Duties
- Proven experience in IT Operations role in a Service Provider environment. (MSP, ISP) serving external customers.
- Understanding of ITIL, specifically incident, problem, and change management.
- Experience leading a team.
- Strong communication skills to convey messages across all business levels.
Location: Luton/Hybrid
Driving licence is essential for this post.
- Salary: Up to £60,000 DOE
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
