Job Purpose
- High level oversight of a tax portfolio, monitoring all commercial aspects of portfolio management.
- Undertaking a wide range of tax assignments, including reorganisation and demergers, exit planning, IHT and Trust planning, share scheme implementation, and M&A support.
- Overseeing a growing tax team, including workflow management, reviewing work, and providing training.
- Building trusted and long-lasting client relationships, handling complex queries and proactively problem solving.
- Delivering sound understanding of tax regulations and news, educating clients and other departments.
- Driving business development for the tax function and wider firm.

- CTA qualified with extensive experience within UK practice.
- ACA/ACCA qualified or QBE.
- Significant tax compliance and advisory services.
