HR Generalist - someone to come in on a temp basis to assist the HR Manager with outstanding HR & Payroll support and more. This will look to be extended, possible perm.
I am seeking a HR Generalist for a 3-6 month temp contract to start ASAP. The HR Generalist position is based in the city and requires someone who is comfortable managing a portfolio of HR admin whilst overseeing the payroll There is a-lot of change at present so I require a resilient HR Generalist who can hit the ground running.
Duties:
- Carefully review and uphold data accuracy and quality within our people systems, ensuring prompt and precise administration including contracts, policies, and processes.
- Processing monthly payroll guaranteeing accuracy and timely execution
- Thoughtfully review and audit existing employee data on people systems to ensure compliance with local labour laws, regulations, and internal policies
- Proactively review and enhance current processes to streamline HR operations and bolster efficiency
- Thoughtfully conduct comprehensive audits of current data and propose impactful improvements
About you:
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in payroll operations and understanding competence with compensation philosophy in different markets
- Skilled in auditing data to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations across different HRIS
- High degree of competence and experience in Excel
- Proactive, trustworthy, and empathetic with a balance of emotional intelligence and pragmatic judgement
- Experience of effectively collaborating and communicating with a diverse global workforce
- Highly detail-oriented mindset with a passion for organisation
- Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks in a high-demand environment while maintaining professionalism and a customer-focused mindset
