Salary £40,700 - £43,000 Per Annum Plus Benefits

Temporary, FTC until November 2025

Full Time, 37 hours per week (Monday - Friday, Flexibility Negotiable)

Thrive Homes are looking for a Housing Team Leader to join them. This opportunity will involve managing our Customer Relations team to deliver an excellent service to Thrive customers.

You'll ensure he team provide an effective tenancy management service throughout the tenancy - via home and estate visits, managing ASB, tenancy fraud, contractual breaches, case management, sustainment and safeguarding.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Support delivery of team objectives through effective performance management and communication - providing regular 121's, team meetings and performance reviews.
  • Investigation and resolution of customer dissatisfaction and complaints.
  • Provide advice and support for complex tenancy management and ASB cases.
  • Carry out quality assurance checks and produce team KPI's.
  • Support with policy and procedure reviews.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records.
  • Review legal notices and case files before possession proceedings.
  • Work within budget guidelines and agreed service levels.

This would be a fantastic opportunity for an experienced housing professional looking to step up into managerial role.

Requirements

We are flexible in how you have achieved your skills and experience, through education or through worked experience.

Ideally, we are looking for:

  • Experience in social housing
  • Experience of tenancy management and/or anti-social behaviour
  • Holding a formal CIH or Management qualification at level 3 or above is desirable
