Vanta Staffing High Wycombe are looking for a Sales Engineer. This is a new role for a leading company in manufacturing, based in High Wycombe but there will be client and customer site visits a few times a week. The position is customer facing and you would be responsible for developing existing and new customer accounts.
Monday - Friday
8am - 5pm with a 30 minute lunch (42.5 hours per week)
GBP27,000 - GBP30,000 per annum
The main duties of the Sales Engineer are below but can be modified from time to time to suit the needs of the business:
- Servicing existing customer accounts including visiting various sites in the UK.
- Establishing new customer accounts.
- Obtaining new orders.
- Giving quotes on jobs.
- Enter sales orders and monitor customer jobs.
- Liaise with the office administration department.
- Use Microsoft Office 365 and AutoCAD.
The key requirements of the Sales Engineer are:
- Have a full UK driving licence (clean preferably).
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Able to work under own initiative.
- Experience in a similar role.
- Competent IT skills including use of Microsoft Office. AutoCAD is preferable but not necessary as training can be given.
