A Logistics Coordinator is required to join a successful Steel manufacturing company based in Wednesbury. An opportunity to join a busy Logistics team, monitoring customer order books, monitoring stock and ensuring orders are dispatched and received on time.
Reporting to the Logistics Manager, you will -
- Control stocks and administer deliveries with internal and external warehouses
- Jointly manage all key accounts, responding to all queries
- Ensure customer orders are dispatched and delivered on time, communicating with internal production teams, hauliers and ports
- Updating all transport logs, port and logistics records
- Stock management - schedule and progress stock to maximise inventory flaws and identify any significant changes or issues
Ideally you will have experience & skills of -
- Excellent IT skills - confident picking up new systems and strong Excel abilities
- Strong communicator
- Previous work as Logistics Administrator or Coordinator, Transport Coordinator etc
- Ability to analyse data and trends
- Accuracy, attention to detail and strong organisational skills

- Monday - Friday office-based hours 37.5 p/week
- Starting salary of 24-25k
