Senior Payroll Specialist- Bracknell- Permanent- £35,000-£40,000
IN2 Consult is partnering with a well known SME on the recruitment of a Senior Payroll Specialist to join their growing function. This role will join a well estbalished, friendly team
and have the chance to make a big impact on the wider business.
The Key Duties of this role include:
- Processing payroll for 700+ employees
- Maintaining the payroll system
- Managing the holiday allocation within the payroll system.
- Providing guidance on payroll legislation
- Processing new starters, inputting hours worked into Sage Payroll, overtime, and expense claims.
- Calculation of statutory payments and attachment of earnings.
- Completing all RTI submissions to HMRC.
- Maintaining pension records and uploading monthly files and payments to the NEST and Scottish Widows and People Pensions.
- Preparing and sending out of pay slips, P45's, P60's
- Dealing with payroll queries and running reports as required by auditors and line management
The key requires for this role include:
- Proven experience in a payroll enviroment
- Experience in processing 500+ UK employee payrolls
- Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation
- Experience in working with a payroll system (Sage, ADP etc.)
- Strong attention to detail
- Clear communication skills
