HR & Payroll Coordinator
Location: Manchester/Hybrid
Salary: Up to £30,000 plus benefits
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR & Payroll Coordinator to join the dynamic People team of this global business who are at an exciting time of their company journey as they continue to grow. This HR & Payroll Coordinator role is ideal for an HR generalist who thrives on data analysis and enjoys driving HR projects to success.
As a permanent member of the People team you'll be providing a valuable support on a day to day basis as well as having the opportunity to contribute to some key projects including a new system implementation project. In addition you'll work closely with the Payroll Manager in preparing payroll data to then be sent to the outsourced payroll team.
This is a great varied role where no two days will be the same as you move seamlessly between the People teams.
More about the role:
- Providing administrative support to the wider HR Team/business
- Supporting with ongoing projects including a new system implementation
- Work closely with the Payroll Manager managing payroll data, making changes and ensuring accuracy
- Responding to HR queries via email, telephone and in person
- Working alongside a team of HR Assistants to administer the employee life cycle
- Assist with onboarding and recruitment
About you?
- Experience working in a HR Coordinator/Assistant/Admin capacity
- Experience of supporting with Payroll data/changes
- Good communication skills and a team player
- Ability to manage a busy workload, prioritise effectively
- Strong attention to detail
- Good working knowledge of HR systems
