We are seeking a disputes associate who is experienced in both arbitration (investment & commercial) and litigation. The successful candidate will be working at a top tier firm currently with UK post qualification experience in the London market (or experience in a similar common law jurisdiction).

Description
- Handle complex arbitration cases.
- International litigation.
- Work closely with the legal team to develop case strategies.
- Conduct detailed legal research.
- Prepare and draft legal documents.
- Manage relationships with clients and opposing counsel.
- Support the team in business development activities.
- Maintain client confidentiality.
- Stay updated on changes in arbitration and business law.
Profile
A successful Arbitration Associate should have:
- A degree in Law from a reputable institution.
- Qualified solicitor in England & Wales or Common Law Jurisdiction.
- Proven experience in business arbitration.
- Strong research and drafting skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
