New Opportunity Finance Manager position, Permanent.
We are recruiting for a Finance Manager on behalf of a successful, privately owned business, working within the Technology Sector.

Reporting to the Managing Director and leadership team, the key function of this role will be to oversee a finance team, strengthen and enhance the quality and depth of financial reporting and provide analysis for the Management Team.
Role Overview:
The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring robust financial management and strategic planning. This role requires a proactive individual with the drive and ambition to adapt and move the Finance department forward in line with the Business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial operations including accounting, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, payroll, month end / year end close and reporting.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare and present financial statements and reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
- Manage cash flow, banking relationships.
- Coordinate and lead the annual audit process, liaise with external auditors and the Directors.
- Ensure compliance with all tax and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Analyse market trends and financial data to identify opportunities for growth and cost savings.
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall company goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
- CIMA ACA,ACCA, AAT or QBE
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in finance management, preferably in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
- Exposure to Financial Accounting and control processes in a large, complex business.
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- High levels of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
- Good IT Systems, Excel and ideally SAGE 200.
