Seeking an experienced Payroll & Benefits Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work within a supportive team to empower and provide a high level of commitment and stability.
Your new role
You will be responsible for the end-to-end UK payroll, which consists of 8 payrolls made up of 1000 employees. You will be handling payroll queries and dealing with a variety of stakeholders and employees. You will be managing the teams' shared mailbox and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be highly personable, with the ability to communicate both written and verbally at all levels. You will need to have a high attention to detail as you will be managing the shared mailbox and dealing with numerous payroll queries. They are a very personable team, so they are looking for someone that will be able to fit in with the team.
