Rent Officer / Income Officer
If you are an experienced Rents Officer in the private sector residential or Income Officer in Social Housing who would love to join the leading Property Developer then read on! Working with luxury apartments and properties in LIverpool City centre, this is an exceptional opportunity to join an impressive and expanding business.
The key responsibilities of this role include monitoring and identifying late and missing rent payments, taking a proactive approach to resolving issues as soon as possible. We are looking for a customer focused and highly organised individual, with at least 12 months experience in a similar role, who can demonstrate a track record of success. Working within a high performing Property Management and Lettings team you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills
