Full-time Permanent and or Temporary to Permanent Opportunities Available.
Monday to Friday (40-Hours Per Week):
- Morning Shift Available - Start Time 8:30am / Finish Time 5:30pm.
- Afternoon Shift Available - Earliest S tart Time 11:30am / Latest Finish Time 9:30pm.
Salary:
- Basic Salary Range £24,000 to £28,000 (depending on experience and shift).
- Additional Bonuses £1,000 to £3,000 per annually (On Target Earnings).
Located Outside Central Southampton - Own Transport Preferred Due to Lack of Public transport Links.

Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Operative to work in a high support and high demand warehouse team. We want someone who can use integrated computer software systems, as well as carrying out physical warehouse duties and other ancillary tasks. If you have Reach or Counterbalance forklift driving experience this would be ideal, but full training will be given.
Responsibilities:
? Picking, Packing, Goods-In, Goods-Out.
? Forklift Truck Driving (Reach 4Way and or Counterbalance).
? Operate mechanical equipment for material handling.
? Load and unload lorries, ensuring proper handling of goods.
? Utilise the warehouse management system to track inventory movements.
? Build and pack orders for shipment in a timely manner.
? Implement safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.
Essential / Preferred Skills:
? Warehouse / workshop experience and knowledge essential.
? Forklift driving experience preferred.
? Using shipping software and CRM to process customer orders.
? Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks as required in a warehouse setting.
